Imperial Hotel - Copenhagen

Centrally located near Tivoli Gardens

The hotel was situated in a convenient area, close to the bus lines, Tivoli and pedestrian shopping streets. Acessible for the disabled.

Everything we encountered in Denmark was expensive. The Imperial certainly kept that situation alive - $8 usd for a cup of coffee! Elevators are extremely small, but manageable if you take two trips.

Breakfast is fine, should have better fruits, natural juices. The scramball eggs are to dry and to cooked

Location was convenient for centre of Copenhagen

The 'triple' room booked implied it would have three beds usually a double and a single or three singles. The room was booked last October so plenty of time to allocate such a room as it was an option to book not a special request but in fact we had a twin room with a camp bed which was only just adequate as it reduced the size of the room considerably. Also there was no mirror in the main part of the room only in the bathroom so using hair straighteners was very difficult as you had no mirror near the desk/dressing table. We did ask for something to be done about this but they did not respond at all. Very unusual to have no other mirror.

it has marvellous and lovely location to see a world-class amusement park. moreover, it is just next door to the train station and the center of the town.

Room was very clean and well provisioned. Bathrooms were spacious and had great hot water.

I was the victim of an airline overbooking and arrived a day late so my room rate was raised by 500dkk. The hotel said this was entirely controlled by Booked.net and was not their responsibility. The room rate was not increased for other people who booked direct with the hotel. The hotel was downright rude about it and I'm not sure whose fault this was but it definitely infuriated me.

Excellent reception staff and bar staff.

Upon late arrival we were given our room. When entering we faced unmade room and unclean/untidy bathroom. we were then upgraded to a junior suite as compensation-good effort here.

The room was clean and not cramped. They were friendly and took care of every need we had.

The air conditioning workrd extremely well.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection every morning.

Good location and easy to get to from the train station. Good clean and functional rooms and hotel.

The hotel is centrally located which is always a great advantage. I guess It was recently refurnished, thought some furniture pieces still need to be replaced by the newer ones. The staff is extra friendly and polite. The sheets are...  

The location is perfect. Plus our room was big and clean.

Horrible staff at the reception. I`ve never seen such lazy people in my whole life. Moreover the kitchen is closed at 10pm! If you have a late check in, forget about getting food.

Excellent location. Close to central station (trains to & from airport). Close proximity to everything including bus stops, Tivoli (closed until April 14th), Stroget (shopping), etc. Hard Rock, Mcdonald's, Burger King close by....
